Job Description:Fluor led joint venture with Balfour Beatty Infrastructure, Inc., Pegasus Links Constructors (PLC), is seeking candidates for the LBJ 635 East Project. This $1.74 billion design-build roadway construction project with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) began construction in spring 2020 to improve mobility, operations and safety along Interstate 635 (I-635) in Dallas County. The project spans 11 miles beginning just east of US 75 in North Dallas to I-30 in Mesquite. The purpose of this position is to oversee a team of field Human Resource professionals supporting a field project. This position has the responsibility to implement HR strategies, and initiatives throughout project, office, or local business line to improve workforce performance. Typically this position is responsible for one or more significant corporate projects with budgetary responsibility, including the development or implementation of policies, procedures, and methods designed to enhance the ability to attract and retain qualified employees Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems Advise managers on organizational policy matters, and recommend needed changes Act as main resource to respond to queries regarding Human Resource policies and procedures and applicable country regulations Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organizational personnel Human Resource policies and practices Prepare and monitor budgets for Human Resource operations Understand and execute project contractual and client requirements Coordinate with partner human resources as appropriate Other duties as assignedJob ID: 140916BRCity: DallasState: TexasCountry: United StatesWe are an equal opportunity employer that recognizes the value of a diverse workforce.
