Manager of Asset and Risk Management (experience in owner/operator property mgmt environment required)

About the Manager of Asset and Risk Management:

The Manager of Asset and Risk Management is a hands-on working manager who leads the Asset and Risk Management team which has three primary areas of responsibility:  Investor Relations, Asset Management, Risk Management.  The Asset and Risk Management team is comprised of three personnel (including the Manager of Asset and Risk Management) and acts as the Owner’s Representative to preserve assets for long-term ownership, maximize free cash flow and minimize risk on stabilized assets.  The Manager of Asset and Risk Management reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will work closely with other Leadership Team members.
