Good day,

We are a Christian company searching for a MANAGER for our service department.

We are a small business in multiple cities in Texas looking for a person who wants to grow with us to the next level.

This position will require a person to be physically capable of servicing clients, handling customer service inquiries and maintaining the flow of the quality services our business provides. We need a captain, someone to make sure everyone is on and off the ship before ending their day.

To be a candidate for this position you need to be familiar with and able to work in:

Computer:

Service fusion (we will train you)

Microsoft office programs (excel, word, teams, outlook, etc.)

Email composition and communication (good grammar)

Responding via text and phone to customers, technicians and vendor needs

Physical:

Must be able to raise and climb extension ladders and A frame ladders

Must be comfortable working in hot and cold environments when needed

Must have the ability to stand on your feet all day if necessary

You will need to be aware of your physical capabilities

Personal:

Communicate to Customers effectively

Communicate to Employees effectively

Hold yourself in a respectable and respectful way

Represent the company in a positive and professional way in all situations

Must have a clean driving record for 5 years
