The candidate must have expert knowledge and experience in the below mentioned tech stack. Experience in mob and pair programming and development in a most agile methodology is a must with a focus on high quality and consistently raising the bar. The candidate helps the team solve issues of diverse scope where analysis is required.What you haveTo ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.Must have over 1 years’ experience as a developer on the thinkorswim Web application and more than 6 years’ experience as a full stack React/Typescript. As a Manager and developer, you will:

Perform development, support and implementation of complex systems using specialized domain knowledge of TOS Web Trading platform and highly developed business expertise.

Develop large-scale epics and features

Help set standards to deliver high-quality products and services; Sets high standards for self and others.

Mentors junior developers in TOS Web adopted development best practices including Extreme Programming.

Relevant Stack:

TypeScript

React

Redux

js

Jest Unit testing

Cypress integration testing

Required qualifications:

Bachelor of Science Degree or Equivalent

6+ years as a full stack React/Typescript developer

Working knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment and DevOps principles. Understanding of BDD and TDD styles

Object-oriented experience using Java.

6+ years demonstrated hands-on real-world experience in enterprise application development.

Experience using Pivotal Cloud Foundry platform or similar stack. Experience with developing and deploying Cloud ready applications.

Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures

Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers.

Preferred qualifications:

Curiosity to understand and leverage new tools and technologies.

Strong desire to leverage technology to build products that "wow" users.

Excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate.

Self-motivated as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems.
