Description We are seeking a dedicated Managing Director to join our team in Midland, Texas. This role is pivotal in providing support to our managers and staff, managing our general administrative activities, and coordinating various company submittals to several municipalities. The Managing Director will act as a liaison for owners in oversight of facilities, manage meetings, and appointment schedules, and also play a critical role in the onboarding of new employees. The role requires proficiency in various skills including cloud technologies, CRM, database management, ERP, and accounting functions among others. Responsibilities: Coordinate company engineering and survey submittals to various municipalities Manage meetings and appointment schedules for conference and community spaces Maintain inventory of all promotional items, office materials, beverages, and snacks Act as a liaison for owners in oversight of facilities, including space planning/utilization, office moves and set-up, and office equipment maintenance and repair Oversee the onboarding of new employees, including office supply and furniture needs Organize and plan company events Manage office property and ensure upkeep of office cleaning services Drop off and pick up company mail at PO Box, sort and distribute mail Serve as a point of contact for courier services Plan and execute end of year projects relating to filing, sorting, and moving documents for new year. Requirements Proven experience in a Managing Director role or similar senior leadership position for at least one year Demonstrable expertise in Cloud Technologies Solid understanding and experience with CRM systems Proficiency in Database management and design Knowledge and experience with EO/IR systems Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Experience with About Time software or similar project management tools Strong skills in Accounting Functions including 10 - Key Accounting and Account Reconciliation Demonstrated ability to handle Budget Processes Proven track record in Business Development Experience in Capital Management is a must Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills Strong decision-making capabilities Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Ability to foster an open, collaborative, and inclusive environment Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach Ability to handle high-stress situations and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
