Description:Will support Assembly maintenance team on production equipment revisionsIdentify equipment problems and bottlenecks through the analysis of manufacturing data Support Yokoten (reuse successful processes) and Jishuken (team problem solving) opportunitiesWill make design equipment revisionsComplete equipment in-process improvements & countermeasuresCreate equipment specifications, submit specifications to vendors for bids, and compile information for return on investment/project justificationConduct problem solving, countermeasure development, and countermeasure implementation for assigned breakdown investigationsIdentify opportunities to simplify existing/future equipment designs & lead the implementation of these kaizensSupport the continuous improvement processComplete training as required to support job functionPrioritize tasks in a constantly changing environmentSupport production startup after equipment modifications.
