Able to listen to others, use creative problem-solving, and arrive at an outcome that satisfies everyone.What You Will Be DoingAs a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor Sr you will be responsible for: Leading manufacturing activities and represented workforce to accomplish cost, schedule, and quality goals for F-35 FORWARD FUSELAGE. Assign daily tasks and guiding implementation. Assuring the timeliness and accuracy of aircraft records. Implementing build plans. Identifying and implementing changes to improve quality, schedule and cost. Reinforcing a culture that values and embraces Foreign Object Damage prevention. Ensuring certification of employees who perform certification required tasks. Providing a safe work environment and taking timely corrective action to correct unsafe conditions. Assures employees and leadership comply with defined Core processes and defined processes that are program specific. Proactively encourage continuous improvement and development of technical competencies, talent, and performance. Identify and leading incorporation of continuous improvement actions into manufacturing processes. Identify gaps in skill sets. Experience working in a Manufacturing &/or Production Operations environment. Familiar with Manufacturing/Production Operations concepts (shop floor management, program management, production control, quality control, manufacturing and test methods, work center scheduling, developing manpower forecast, &/or understanding of manpower production rates.)Desired Skills: Experienced in leading in a union environment. Experienced in Shop Floor Manager, QADS and Auto Time. Demonstrated ability to work independently and makeeffective decisions. Ability to read and understand blueprints andengineering drawings Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, either ISO9001 or AS9100 Ability to plan, organize and successfully manage tasks,assignments and projects. Ability to hold team accountable forperformance.
