Description ONSITE IN SUGAR LAND, TXWe are offering a 3-month contract to hire employment opportunity for a Marketing Specialist in the Financial Services industry, based in Sugar Land, Texas. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be tasked with spearheading our social media strategies, maintaining our website, creating engaging content, assisting in digital marketing campaigns, and supporting our corporate branding efforts. Responsibilities: Leading our social media presence across various platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube Conducting regular audits of our social media efforts, reporting on their effectiveness, and making recommendations for improvement Developing engaging content for regular postings across our social media platforms and website Assisting in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns using our bank’s email marketing platform Supporting the bank’s branding standards, ensuring that all internal and external messaging and design concepts adhere to these standards Assisting with the maintenance and updating of the bank’s website content Writing and editing content for a variety of needs including website, social media, print collateral, and event messaging Assisting the Director of Corporate Marketing with assigned responsibilities and special projects Managing the Marketing Department’s internal SharePoint portal page, keeping associates informed of new activities, notices, and initiatives Assisting with bank/branch events and marketing branch audits Ensuring compliance with all applicable banking laws and regulations. This role will require proficiency in Social Media, Copywriting, Website Content, Digital Marketing, Corporate Branding, and Email Campaigns.Requirements MUST BE WILLING TO GO ON SITE IN SUGAR LAND, TX Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the banking or financial industry Proven experience in developing and implementing effective social media strategies Demonstrable skills in copywriting and content creation for various platforms including websites and email campaigns Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies Familiarity with corporate branding and its role in enhancing business reputation and customer perception Proficiency in using email marketing tools to create engaging email campaigns Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively convey marketing messages Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Proficiency in using marketing software and digital tools Knowledge of current marketing trends and techniques in the banking industry.Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
