This individual will represent the Central Region Logistics organization.Responsibilities include:· Receiving, packaging/shipping and inventory/material control.· Manual and/or clerical duties that may utilize computers involved in receipt or preparation of materials for shipment.· Operate vehicles/forklifts to transport material or merchandise.· Tracking of government and company property.· Reply to inquiries by phone, email and other tools used for communicating order status.· Bring attention actual or potential problems and assist with solutions.· Check for work correctness.· Process and route according to local work instructions.· Report discrepancies and security incidents to manager for resolution.· Bring items to record and update shelf locations in Raytheon applications such as PRISM and ALCS.· Interpret and follow special packaging instructions.· Ability to work overtime.Required Skills and Experience:· Must have a valid driver's license.· Computer skills necessary to perform noted responsibilities.· Work in a fast-paced environment where organizational skills and attention to detail are critical.· Communicate effectively through verbal and written communication.· Communicate with internal and external customers.· The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.· U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Additional Desired Skills:· ALCS Experience· SAP (PRISM and APEX)· Experience driving a variety of forklifts.Education:· Typically requires a high school diploma or associate degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 83,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
