Meat Packer/Processor

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as General Laborers in our meat processing facility in Rowena, Texas. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment. No previous meat processing experience is required — training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with meat processing operations including cutting, packaging, and labeling

Operate equipment safely and efficiently

Follow USDA food safety and sanitation standards

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Perform repetitive tasks in a cold, fast-paced environment

Support team members and communicate effectively with supervisors

Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Willingness to work in a cold environment (refrigerated area)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Punctual and dependable

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
