They will work on a small manufacturing team (total of 5-10) building the product's mechanical assemblies, start to finish. This requires the ability to read and interpret a drawing and assemble the build without exact SOPs and work instructions. An ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for mechanical projects and problem solving, with a positive attitude. Mechanical and/or electrical assembly tools including torque wrenches, crimpers, cutting tools, basic hand tools

Ability to interpret a drawing to build complex assemblies from scratch (without a formal schematic due to start-up)

Experience working within a manufacturing, R&D or start-up environmentBEST vs. Average:

Experience supporting a start-up company
