- Strong understanding of Microsoft Configuration Manger current branch
- Know about upcoming features and technology advancements related to existing and next versions
- Effectively engineer at an enterprise level (more than 100,000 clients) all aspects of Configuration Manger to include but not limited to: OS deployment, servicing, patching, replications, SQL queries, inventory, reporting, software metering, and power management.
- Serve as a technical voice where needed to advise others on the product
- Troubleshoot all aspects of Configuration Manager issues related to client devices, supported servers, logs, SQL, distribution points, role servers and the CAS central administration site
- Attend and schedule meetings to resolve issues, deliver a feature, or complete a project related to systems management.
