Together with LEARFIELD, we bring the passion and loyalty of college sports fans to national and local sponsors through creative, data-driven campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.

MogoSME's Media Activation team is seeking a Media Activation Manager, Social to own all aspects of complex social media strategies. We are looking for an exceptional, results-oriented, and motivated social media marketer to join the team. This person will manage digital media planning, strategy, execution, and analysis to help achieve client's digital marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the execution of social media campaigns and ensure flawless execution and exceptional campaign performance
  • Own and develop media strategies to address and exceed client's business objectives
  • Analyze and present finding to internal and external stakeholders on campaign performance to inform your optimization strategy to achieve KPI goals
  • Demonstrates best practices in TikTok, Pinterest, Influencer Marketing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
  • Showcase best practices in working and communicating cross-functionally with sales, client solutions, media activation, and 3rd party vendors to drive client's satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics, Communication, Statistics or related fields
  • 2+ years of paid social campaign management, with hands-on experience planning/buying across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
  • In-depth understanding of Facebook Business Manager & Ads Manager platform and complete end-to-end campaign execution
  • Demonstrated experience handling a high-volume of accounts in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Proven ability to manipulate and analyze data using Excel reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written skills; exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and attention to detail
  • Intellectual curiosity; a passion for researching and staying abreast of digital marketing developments, best practices, and trends
  • A proactive self-starter and team player
  • Experience running campaigns on Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Search, and Yelp is a plus
  • Exposure to and understanding of cross-digital channels in addition to Social (Search, Email, Display/Programmatic) is a plus
  • Experience running campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest is a plus
  • Understanding of performance analytics and the ability to interpret data into meaningful insights and actionable next steps
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, basic web-based protocols and communication tools
