Medical Assistant Required For Secondary Clinic

( M.A DIPLOMA OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED )

Job Criteria:

-Medical background knowledge in Pediatrics

-Knowledge in vaccine schedule and administration for patients 0-18 years of age

-Flexibility

-Punctuality

-Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

-Multi-task, able to perform several tasks at once

-Excellent communication skills

-Team Player

-Office Practicum (EMR system) experience/knowledge a plus.

Job skills: Must be able to perform several duties throughout the workday such as,

-Greeting patients

-Answering phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department

-Taking messages

-Scheduling appointments

-Daily insurance verification

-Billing knowledge

-Assist Physician with daily reception inquiries

LOCATION: Socorro, San Elizario, Texas
