Automotive Technician / Mechanic Meineke Car Care is seeking productive Automotive Technicians to become an integral part of our team. We are looking for additional team members to handle increased volume. You will diagnose, adjust, repair, and overhaul automotive vehicles. Here at Meineke we believe in an incentive based pay structure.InspectionsPerform full courtesy inspection according to Meineke inspection procedure on every vehicle that comes into the center.Use Meineke inspection software to document all findingsReview inspection findings with service advisor or manager after every inspection; verify that he or she understands any findings and recommended workRepairsCheck all parts with service writer as they arrive to verify correct parts & quantityDo quality work; fix it right the first timeComplete repairs in a timely mannerBe truthful about your abilities at all times; ask for help when you need itTest drive all repairs as needed; verify work is done correctlyMaintain cleanliness of vehicles, inside & outRe-check any comebacks; ensure issues are resolved (no diagnostic charge is guaranteed for previously paid repairs).
