This is a customer-facing role, where the candidate will be responsible for hands-on implementation and delivery of Microsoft Cloud solutions. In addition to the technical requirements, the ideal candidate will understand the business value of implementing these technologies and have the ability to clearly communicate solutions to our clients through formal presentations, create documentation, and manage expectations will be critical success. This is primarily a billable delivery role, with the majority of work will be performed remotely.
Job Qualifications:- Proven experience in planning, architecting, and delivering high-value Microsoft Cloud solutions tomid-sized andenterprise-level accounts.
- 5+ years experience architecting and implementing Microsoft SaaSsolutions.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and documentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
- A passion to learn technology.
- Provide necessary written documentation and knowledge transfer to customers during and after project implementations.
- The ability to travel up to 25%
- Experience with Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS); Implementing and supporting Intune functions, compliance and configuration policies, AAD Connect, Autopilot and Identity Manager (MIM)
- Deployment and administration of Intune-SCCM co-management
- Experience with application packaging and automated deployment
- Experience delivering M365 Security solutions, including Defender, Sentinel and Conditional Access policy configuration a plus.
- Experience planning and delivering M365 migrations, specifically hybrid and tenant-to-tenant scenarios. Experience specific to Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive migrations a plus.
- Active Directory, including design, migrations, and assessments.
- Experience with 3rd party migration tools such as AvePoint, BitTitan, Quest or others.
- Experience with deployment and management of Azure Multi-Factor Authentication and Single Sign-On solutions
