Experience Required - 3+ years of experience on MS Teams
- Past experience in executing Infrastructure or End user services projects
- Experience working with Microsoft Engineers on Case Escalations.
Roles & Responsibilities - Pro-actively monitor and manage AMR’s MS Teams environment.- Troubleshoot MS Teams and Outlook Incidents.- Utilize SABIC's tools to monitor and manage the MS Teams Environment.- Serves as an escalation to the Offshore MS Teams Engineers.- Support for New Technology Rollout or Transform Project data collections.- Perform first check in case of incidents- Liaise with service desk to create and follow-up tickets- Submit incidents and change requests- Focal contact for all Major MS Teams Issues within the Americas Regions.- Incidents tickets and service request ticket resolution within agreed SLA’s- Analyze vulnerability and compliance reports received from the scanning team and remediate in line with SABIC procedure for network platform vulnerabilities.- Provide customers with IT support via desktop solutions, chat functions, emails and calls.- Assist customers with account setup.- Following up on technical queries and providing prompt feedback.- Required Technical Skills to collaborate with the VoIP team on configuring and Troubleshooting Enterprise Voice Issues. Generic Managerial Skills Proven communication skills when working with other technical towers to work out issues.Strong leadership skills when troubleshooting across multiple platforms and working out technical issues for project planning.Strong cultural awareness Education: Bachelor of Science / Engineering
