Middleware Admin

Title: Middleware AdminOnsite position : Dallas ,TX

• Drive IT landscape from “current state to future state” with a focus on modernization
• Possess a strong ability to understand the customer infrastructure landscape, identify opportunities, and overcome any technical obstacles to meet or exceed customer needs
• Develop, document, maintain, and continuously improve Procedures for Middleware Support Services in accordance with approved Policies
• Providing 24x7x365 integration support for all Middleware components (including networking) and OIT supported applications interfaces, including but not limited to WebSphere/Apache/Ngnix & FTP Server and IIS Webservers (commercial-off-the-shelf and proprietary)
• Implement Middleware infrastructure configurations in accordance with the Change Management Process and recommended settings from the Application System Provider
• Establish and maintain infrastructure configuration and system parameters in a consistent manner across all Execution Environment deployments (e.g., dev, test, QA, and production)
• Provide support and maintenance for Execution and Middleware Software and Services (e.g., load balancing, tuning, configuration management)
• Obtain authorization for Change requests for patches, software updates, and configuration changes
• Perform Execution and Middleware Software installation, configuration, upgrade, patching, and refresh
• Maintain consistent Execution and Middleware configurations across all like Execution Environments for Application Systems
• Implement and administer appropriate Execution and Middleware management tools across all instances in accordance with approved & defined Policies
• Develop, maintain, and continually improve documentation (including updating the Service Design Package) and knowledge bases to support the technical knowledge for Execution and Middleware Software and Services
• Maintaining or enhancing systems infrastructure components and services to ensure that infrastructure is in supported and standards compliant state
