Role: Mobile Test Engineer / Lead / Manager
Location: Austin, Texas (Initially remote Role) Contract: 6+months Job Responsibilities: Hands on experience with Android / iOS testing Working knowledge of Android Studio and adb commands Unix/Linux skills Ability to multitask, prioritize work and change focus quickly when required Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Google docs Test execution and status reporting Perform functional, ad-hoc, UI, and regression testing on Android , iOS platforms Manually test new features, exploratory testing Android app testing on embedded device. Test plan and test cases creation and review. Write detailed QA status report to teams Capture test logs and analyze data from logging tools Understand and verify logs from prerelease and production builds Use logging tools to perform analysis of logs Attend objectives and key results meetings with developers and PM to coordinate specific guidelines for the new releases Defect management Write detailed descriptive bugs with understanding of different environments Coordinate, collaborate and troubleshoot issues with developers, PMs and engineers Test case management Write new test cases based on new features and keep a running doc of all new features for releases Should be able to implement a comprehensive test plan/test cases Write test docs based on test tools Regards,Neetu SinghStrategic Recruitment ManagerThemesoft Inc O: Ext: 318 C: Email:
