Mold Setters Needed

Shift: 6:30 PM - 3:15 AM (Must be available to work until 6:30 AM and some mandatory Saturdays)

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the Automotive Industry is looking to expand our team of Mold Setters. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and have a strong work ethic, we want you to join our dynamic team! You will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper setup, maintenance, and operation of our molding equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot molding machines.

Perform mold changes and ensure molds are properly installed and aligned.

Ensure all equipment and molds meet safety standards and operational guidelines.

Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed.

Perform preventative maintenance on machines and equipment.

Assist in the production process and resolve technical issues.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Mold Setter, Machine Operator, or in a related manufacturing field is preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with precision.

Basic knowledge of molding machines and equipment.

Must be available to work until 6:30 AM and some mandatory Saturdays.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.

Must be dependable, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs or more

Standing for long periods.

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Competitive hourly rate based on experience. Overtime opportunities.
