We are looking for a motivated, organized, and friendly person to join our team in an Administrative Division Order role. As an Administrative Division Order Associate, you will be a key player in managing customer inquiries and division orders while developing valuable administrative skills. We are looking for someone who’s not afraid to take initiative, learn on the job, and stay disciplined to get things done.
Division Order experience is a plus but not required.
Your Responsibilities:
Answer Phones: Be the friendly voice our customers rely on for accurate and timely answers.
Manage Division Orders: Help process and maintain accurate division orders.
Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries and work with our team to resolve issues quickly.
Stay Organized: Manage multiple tasks at once, while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Learn & Grow: Absorb new skills and take on challenges with the guidance of our supportive team.
