- Overall 12+ years’ experience in implementing and designing the solution on MS Dynamics D365/CRM applications
- Must have experience of at least 2-5 end to end D365 CE implementations
- Extensive knowledge in Sales, Customer Service, Customer engagement and Device & Inventory Mgmt modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Expertise in Microsoft D365 CE design and development specifically in latest technologies, including customization and configuration, plugins, C#, Plug In, .NET, Javascript, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Azure Functions & Logic Apps, Custom api, actions and Power platform etc.
- Expertise on designing the solution which involved integration with 3rd party integrations
- Expertise in installing, administrating, deploying and troubleshooting of online D365 instances and designing and configuring CI/CD pipeline
- Must have expertise on Power Platform – canvas and model driven apps as well as power automate
- Knowledge and Experience with Omni channel, D365 Mobile Apps
- Extensive experience on access and security model setup, reporting and Power BI dashboards
- Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in leasing with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics CRM/D365 solution
