The ideal candidates should possess the following

Must have 5 years industry knowledge/experience in the Apartment Industry.

Other Certifications is a plus.

Must have experience with Electrical, Plumbing, and Sheetrock.

Pool Certification is a plus.

Must have HVAC Certificate.

Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).

All employees hired are contingent to a background check, MUST have valid driver's license and drug screen.
