Key Requirements:

10+ years of experience in multi-family property maintenance.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, train, and motivate a team.

Hands-on expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in English (speaking and reading) to ensure clear communication with residents and adherence to safety protocols.
