Operate atmosphere, vacuum and Hydrogen Fluoride Ion (HF) furnaces for coating, cleaning and heat treating of parts per written instructions

-Mix coating powders as required per PMS specifications

-Pack and unpack coated parts

-Program controls and monitor operating parameters for furnace runs

-Make routine entries on charts and routing travelers and log data into RFMS along with trace ability records

-Perform preventative and minor maintenance as required

-Maintain a neat and orderly work area

-Comply with all documentation (including SOP’s, PMS’s, Routers)

-May be required to be a certified forklift driver

-Other duties as required to support company objectives

-Setup and run furnace temperature uniformity surveys

-Troubleshoot furnace related temperature issues

-Assemble O.E.M. heat treat coating batches based on alloy

Basic Qualifications

High school graduate or GED

U.S. Person required due to government contracts or permanent resident status

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Craft clear communication

Analytical Skills

Creative troubleshooting skills

Possess excellent judgement and professional maturity

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process.
