Need - SAP Success Factors Consultant - Houston, TX - 12months - PPK

Hi,

• Excellent Payroll business knowledge gained through previous roles with an operational payroll background
• Has implemented and has configuration experience of an SAP payroll or Employee Central Payroll solution
• A solid understanding of Payroll legislation, localization and can interpret changes to the legislation and apply these changes within the SAP application
• Takes personal accountability for the resolution of issues and delivery of positive customer outcomes
• Excellent communication skills with a positive can-do attitude
• Experience with SAP Success Factors implementations
• Deep understanding of the SAP Success Factors Employee Central and Payroll or alternatively SAP HCM Payroll Experience
• Implementation experience of Employee Central Payroll independently or as a shadow resource will be a plus
• Experience helping clients transform and get their HR data ready for Success Factors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
• Experience leading data migration teams
• Experience drafting data migration plans and strategies
• SF EC ECP with implementation Support Experience in Payroll implementation support

• Extensive Canvas reporting,
• Pivot tables,
• extracting time valuation from Time Off Timesheet,
• Reporting many types
