.NET Tech lead Location: Dallas, TXExperience – 10+ years Duration: 12+Months Job Description:Primary skills - NET Core 3.1, LINQ, EF Core and C# - Experience in application development using Angular 8 and above, .NET Core 3.1, LINQ, EF Core and C#• Experience in developing REST APIs and Microservice• Strong experience in application design using Clean Architecture, CQRS, Event Driven Microservice Architecture• Strong experience in Azure Services Such as Azure SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, App Insights, Azure Redis, Azure Webapps• Strong design and development experience in ETL process using SSIS and Azure Data Factory (ADF)• Strong experience in T-SQL, including the ability to write stored procedures, triggers, functions etc.• Experience in data migration and data validation• Experience in Performance tuning and optimizing ETL process• Adopt integration standards, best practices while creating ETL jobs.• Experience on Azure DevOps, Release process• Strong experience in TDD’’
Pre-requisites1. Should have a minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 2 years working as Lead.2. Must have in-depth knowledge in .NET technology platform /frameworks/middleware products and healthcare domain. Should be able to visualize technical risks early on and come up with strategies to address the same.3. Must have hands-on experience of the design methodologies and architecture principles for different kinds of applications.4. Must have knowledge to assess/recommend development process/methodology (agile, RUP, Waterfall) for a specific context and ensure that all the stakeholders understand and adhere to the process.6. Must have ability to analyze load and transaction volume for an application and perform capacity planning for a given solution.7. Must have hands-on experience in resolving performance issues of the applications and tuning applications/environment.8. Must have the ability to convince a larger audience on the proposed solution and be able to negotiate for time and effort based on the technical complexity.9. Must have Conducted solution design reviews on projects and ensured that the design adhered to the architecture and necessary standards.Responsibility1. Conceptualize end-to-end solution architecture (including business modeling, solution modeling and infrastructure models) for an enterprise application ensuring that all the functional and non-functional demands are met2. Define quantitative measurements to demonstrate that the proposed solution meets the enterprise demands and goals3. Understand the business vision and prepare a solution roadmap for the same4. Develop and demonstrate expertise in a niche area and Healthcare domain driven by organization demand5. Create programs to improve delivery efficiency through Technology Groups (MS Tech) in the organization and ensure the success of such programs6. Create recurring training programs for effective knowledge sharing across different project teams/verticals in the organization7. Manage application architects across projects and mentor them to achieve their goals
