Position DescriptionDeveloper will work on a team of truly talented individuals and be responsible for the design, build, and testing of IT applications and its components that interface with complex enterprise systems and external vendor systems.Developer must be a highly motivated, well-rounded, self-starter that works best in a collaborative, dynamic, agile environment. Excellent communication skills both written and oral are also essential as this position will interface with remote scrum teams, business owners, enterprise architects, security, infrastructure, and end users via email, phone, IM, desktop sharing, and wiki

Future Duties and ResponsibilitiesSkillset Developer should be very familiar with advanced concepts and have relevant, 8-10 years of hands-on experience in many of the following areas to be a successful contributor on the team:Must Have• A seasoned senior .Net Developer with Onbase experience with Full OnBase configuration and System Administration in HealthCare Industry• Experience with C# and or VB .Net • Hands on experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL databases Experience in full life cycle development of OnBase applications• Ability to collect and translate requirements into scalable, supportable, efficient OnBase solutions • Proficient with OnBase Configuration, OnBase Client, OnBase Unity Client, OnBase Studio, OnBase Web Client, Hyland Unity Management Console of a complex OnBase system. • Proficient with OnBase Workflow and/or WorkView • Experience in configuring OnBase DIP Processing, Batch scanning, Advanced Capture OCR(Good to have)• Ability to work independently on assigned development projects • Be able to monitor, resolve and engage end-users in troubleshooting issue• Knowledge of programming, networking, system, and security technology• Experience in all aspects of Systems Integration Analysis, general systems design, and detailed systems design• Good communications skills strongly desired as well as willingness to share the knowledge with the new team members, which at times may require on-hands training.• Microsoft SQL Server database administration experience.Good to Have • OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) • OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA) • OnBase Certified WorkView Developer (OCWV) • OCAPI - OnBase Certified Application Interface Developer (OCAPI)

Must have a solid knowledge with common design patterns should seek out opportunities to implement design patterns.

Responsibilities• Leverage existing open source frameworks, third party components/libraries, cloud and commercial software to develop robust enterprise solutions. • Design and Develop Software applications , features and defect fixes• Champion and practice Agile Principles• Write Unit Test, Perform Code reviews and participate in Scrum meetings, Contribute to low level design of the features/ user stories.• Analyze User Stories and Requirements and provide solution design• Work closely with Dev Team, Test team, Product Manager and Business Analyst to collaborate, review and deliver high quality software applications.• Have a mindset for best practices like unit testing , code coverage and dev-Ops• Be able to evaluate performance of applications and deliver solutions which are efficient and performant.• Enable a 360 degree view of customer-centric information through integration of a multitude of internal/external systems, mobile apps, devices, and data marts.• Support and enhance existing applications used by consumers as well as operations staff.
