.Net Tech Lead

Hi, Our client is looking .NET Tech Lead for Long term project in Remote below is the detailed requirements. Job Title : .Net Tech Lead Location : Remote Duration : Long term The rate is Open Immediate Hiring - Single level interview process Job description:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent combination of education with 8+ Years of work experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Software cloud Engineer or similar C#, ideally using the latest versions of .NET
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience, enterprise search preferred Experience in Agile best practices
• Should have understanding and working experience on search engine administration tasks such as creating collections, configuring document processing, managing search profiles and managing index profiles, results based on relevance, configuring AutoComplete and AutoSuggest
• Should be able to integrate search engine content with various data sources including MS-SQL database, file system and streaming content
• Experience in linguistic processing functions such as lemmatization, spell checking, search relevancy tuning, customization of dictionaries, stop words and synonyms good to have.
• Hands-on experience in developing large-scale data processing pipelines or analytics and address scale and performance problems
• Ability to work independently, work in a fast paced environment, and manage workload prioritization to deliver high quality work products on time with minimal direction is preferred.
• Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
