• Own the deployment process with oversight of all offshore deployments for assigned projects
• Build well designed, well-engineered, stable, scalable products across a variety of markets
• Familiarity or desire to become an AWS certified developer
• Take ownership of the success of the team with a "gets things done" attitude
• Design, code, test, debug and implement high quality software
• Build, test and deliver high quality, complex frameworks
• Provide technical guidance on various technologies/systems
• Participate in both development of new features and supporting already existing ones
• Communicate with a customer on regular basis
• Develop and ensure JH Insurance development standards and practices are adhered to by the development team, coding, code management, and documentation.
