Responsibilities
  • Provide high level technical expertise on Network Security activities.
  • Requires experience in speaking with customers on the phone, with soft skills of being able to speak in a manner that de-escalates incidents in the customer's mind.
  • Produce comprehensive documentation and maintain protocols, processes related to server and security infrastructure.
  • Experience coordinating and performing Vulnerability assessments through the use of automated and manual tools (Tenable Nessus, Qualys, NMAP, etc).
  • Responsible for devising comprehensive network security policies. Including but not limited to determining security issues to be addressed, identifying security strategies needed to address risks.
  • Implement policies for allocating administrative tasks, keeping on top of audit logs to flag suspicious activity and procedures.
  • Keep strong relationships with integrators and vendors to maintain upgrades, installations, and planning alongside exploration of new features and innovative solutions.
  • Plan, install, and provide daily operational support for managed customer networking environments (switching/routing infrastructure, Firewalls, load balancers, Monitoring, SIEM, IPS/IDS, etc.).
  • Consult with customers regarding network performance problems, ideas for design improvements, planning their environment turn-up, etc.
  • Responsible for writing and reviewing Implementation Procedure as a part of the change management process.
  • Provides operational support of the hosted core network infrastructure as well as offer recommendations for improving overall network performance.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong communication abilities Collaborate with other teams in the group, Should be an Excellent Team player
  • PCNSA PCNSE CCNA CCNP CCSP certifications highly preferred, Ability to Develop and present Technical material Role Name Network Security, Firewall Engineer,
  • Primary skills Cisco Aruba Routing Switching Cisco Palo Alto Firewall VPN management and migration experience, Relevant Experience required
  • Good knowledge on VPN and MPLS VPN.
  • Extremely Good Analytical Skills.
  • Strong Networking Troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong Communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong Knowledge of ITIL framework.
  • Willing to work during US business hours and provide on-call support.

Preferred qualifications
  • Network Security, Cisco Aruba Routing Switching
  • Cisco Palo Alto, Firewall VPN management and migration
  • LAN WAN MAN Infrastructure
  • TCP IP IP addressing, Cisco Juniper Aruba routers and switches
  • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects in an efficient manner.
  • Proficient in planning and designing network environment.
  • Commitment to quality results.
  • Experience in Monitoring tools.
  • Ability to work in a professional manner, be flexible, and handle interactions with all levels of the organization and with external clients.
  • Self-directed, organized, and motivated.
