Overview:Role will be paired with another technologist and is a part of the

technical marketing engineering team on site in Round Rock, TX. The Network Technologist will receive solutions from product teams to test, validate, and document a solution “cookbook” for customers. Proficiencies:
  • Networking
  • Servers/Server OS
  • Documentation (30-150 pages minimum)
  • Datacenter networking infrastructure proficiency
  • Strong technical and professional skills in an enterprise environment
Responsibilities:
  • Document technical concepts to ensure our solutions are well understood and utilized to the greatest extent possible.

  • Create demos and hands-on-labs that enable our field teams to share our solution’s capabilities with customers.
  • Assist and

    perform training events, demos, and customer discussions.
  • Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical impediments to transactions.
  • Work with customers on complex deployments to help ensure successful product deployment.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and provide product feedback for future development.
