Location: Irving, TX Description: JOB TITLE: 4G/5G Macro Project Manager

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

5+ years project management of LTE RAN implementation projects driving cross-functional teams Experience project managing pre deployment milestones (e.g. leasing, zoning, etc.) Demonstrated experience managing many technical projects simultaneously and delivering results on time Ability to work with minimal supervision and make sound decisions in a demanding environment Demonstrated excellent verbal, written, analytical and communication skills Demonstrated strong skill set in critical thinking, problem solving, and influencing/motivating of non-direct reports Demonstrated strong knowledge and experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office and Google Suite, specifically MS Excel and Google Sheets, with proficiency in data management functions.

DESIRED SKILLS:

Understanding of 4G LTE technology architecture Experience developing and implementing implementation process improvements Demonstrated expert knowledge and proven experience with the full suite of the Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project, Visio and Google Suite.

JOB DUTIES:

The Central Texas Network Implementation Program Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of 4G & 5G macros. Coordination of cross functional work is required to collaborate with other teams in the Submarket including Real Estate, RF Design, Construction, Implementation, Operations, System Performance, Transport and OneFiber as well as multiple external teams, including utility companies, general contractors, OEM vendors, municipalities, etc.

Manage all facets of high-volume technical projects (to include Real Estate) and programs to ensure deliverables are met within schedule, budget and quality goals, using quality principles and appropriate development methodologies. Facilitates regular meetings to review status, gather updates and reporting results for monthly/quarterly reviews, plan of record meetings and project updates. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans and coordinate multiple teams across functional boundaries Utilize project tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestone schedules and completions, project issues, and overall project completions Identify, monitor, report, escalate, and resolve project-related issues that may impact critical project deliverables and timeline Manage changes to project scope and program and communicate impact to downstream teams Prepare and present pertinent project and program material to key stakeholders at leadership levels

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

4-year Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of project management of LTE RAN implementation experience. PMP Certification desired.
