- Progressive Care Unit (Medical PCU, Renal PCU, Neuro PCU, CVPCU) -Opportunity to move into ICU within 1 year
- PCU is an intermediate care unit, fast-pace, that provides graduate nurses the opportunity to learn and manage patients with complex health care needs. American Association of Critical-Care Nurses is the scope and standards used to support the nursing practice for PCU registered nurses.
- Medical Surgical (Neuro, Bariatrics, Surgical, Rehab) -Opportunity to move into another specialty within 1 year
- Oncology
- Operating Room and Day Surgery

Under supervision, the RN Residentis a new graduate nurse or RN changing specialty that provides safe and effective patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures and values of the facility. The graduate nurse or RN changing specialty will collaborate with the Nurse Coordinator/preceptor, Physicians, technicians, educators, and allied health practitioners. Additional functions will be performed in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of Medical City Healthcare.

Qualifications
Required Job Qualifications include:
- Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Open to Skilled RN's looking to change specialty or begin working in a hospital setting
- ADN required - must sign agreement to obtain BSN
- BSN preferred
