New Mexico restaurant for sale

A very well established, very successful restaurant is for sale in southern New Mexico.

A limited number of business team memberships are now available.

Seeking about 20-25 persons wanting to invest some of their own money to gain a % of ownership in this very successful restaurant.

Investing members are the total ownership of this restaurant

The membership will own and operate this restaurant as a:

Investment amounts are in the range of $2,000-$8,000. However, larger or smaller amounts may be accepted.

A members % of ownership will determine the members % of profit to be distributed.

Of course, working members will be compensated for their work in the restaurant as normal.

Any member desiring to leave the restaurant may offer for sale their own % of ownership to someone desiring and accepted to join the business team.

The value of a members % of ownership will be guided by generally accepted business practices and principles.

In this manner, members working together, diligently, to maintain or, to increase the profit and value of the restaurant may maintain or increase the value of their own % of ownership.

All financial records and transactions are transparent to the membership.

There is a written detailed and very fair plan available to show how all money is earned and distributed.
