- Install, configure, patch, and upgrade database software ( Cassandra, Mongo, Elastic Search )
- Should have working experience in python or any equivalent scripting language to develop and maintain data pipelines in/out of NoSQL.
- Should have working knowledge of AWS Cloud Infrastructure and Linux OS
- Work with Development team to help determine and deploy the best datastore technology and data model strategy for their needs.
- Work with Development team to understand the Application requirement and design database schema accordingly.
- Manage the operations for both development and production databases.
- Create and configure Alerts to health check the servers and the databases running on them.
- Design, implement, maintain, and automate the appropriate backup and recovery architecture as required.
- Work with internal teams to plan and schedule application upgrades.
- Troubleshoot NoSQL issues and performance bottlenecks.
- 24 x 7 On call support for any PROD issues
