Now Hiring: Field Designers for Event Balloon Installations

Job Type: Part-Time (with potential for full-time)

Availability: Thursdays–Sundays (Weekend availability required)

Balloon Therapy is a creative event design studio known for transforming spaces with our signature balloon installations. We’re currently expanding our team and looking for Field Designers who are hands-on, detail-oriented, and excited to be part of a fun, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in the delivery, setup, and breakdown of balloon installations at events

-Build balloon garlands and custom event décor

-Drive the Balloon Therapy van to and from events

-Load/unload materials and lift up to 50 lbs

-Work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional late-night breakdowns

Qualifications:

-Valid driver’s license

-Comfortable driving a large van (Sprinter-sized)

-Dependable, punctual, and a team player

-Positive attitude and willingness to learn

-Must be available Thursday through Sunday, with flexibility for late nights as needed

Preferred but Not Required:

-Background in art, design, or a creative field
