Location: Austin, Texas

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Occasional Weekends

Pay: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) + Overtime opportunities

What You’ll Do:

1. Assist HVAC technicians with installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

2. Load and unload tools and materials at job sites

3. Help with ductwork, wiring, and equipment placement

4. Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe

5. Handle tools and materials with care and follow safety guidelines

6. Be on time, dependable, and ready to hustle

What We’re Looking For:

1. Previous HVAC or construction experience is a plus (but not required—we’ll train the right person)

2. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot/cold conditions

3. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and basic tools

4. Strong work ethic, team player mentality, and willingness to learn

5. Respect for customers’ homes and property—manners matter
