What We’re Looking For

Strong HVAC experience with deep knowledge of residential heating, cooling, heat pumps, and troubleshooting

Background in education, training, coaching, or technician development

Ability to follow and deliver a proven, winning curriculum and step-by-step system

Professional clean cut appearance, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others succeed

Team-oriented, reliable, and comfortable teaching in classroom an comfortable teaching in classroom and hands-on lab settings
