We specialize in outpatient surgery, rehabilitative physical and hand therapy, and advanced imaging like mammography and CT scanning. You belong here!What You’ll DoYou’ll care for unfunded patients recently seen in the hospital or Emergency Room addressing continuity of care and managing chronic diseases and acute, minor illnesses. Promote population health through the evaluation of care delivery models as they pertain to community, environmental, cultural and socio-economical dimensions of health. You’ll work with clinical leaders and hospital leadership to meet compliance and business needs.What You’ll Need

Bachelor's Degree; BSN graduate of an accredited nursing program is required.

Master's Degree Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program is required.

Education must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency - required.

Two (2) years experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred.

RN - Registered Nurse is required upon hire.

APRN - Advanced Practice Nurse is required upon hire.

NP - Nurse Practitioner is required upon hire.

BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support is required prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly.

ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support is preferred.
