Location: Onsite at 22698 Professional Dr #100, Kingwood, TX 77339Obtain complete medical history and physical data on patients. Interpret and integrate data to determine appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as needed. Perform complete physical exams and record findings. Collaborate with physician in managing acute and long-term medical needs of patients.Order appropriate laboratory and diagnostic procedures. Synthesize data to determine preliminary diagnosis and therapeutic plan utilizing principles of prevention. Interview and advise patients regarding health and illness prevention; recommend community resources to meet patient needs. Educate patients and family regarding healthcare concerns & problems, office & hospital procedures, medications, testing, treatment instructions etc. Triage patient calls and provide consultation.Manage medical and surgical procedures/emergencies. Provide monitoring and continuity of care between patient visits. Participate in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations.Cooperate and interact with team members and coworkers.Maintain patient flow, a safe environment for patients and others, and patient confidentiality.Follow HIPAA guidelines.Other duties as required.
