Skills:· Office 365 Services in Hybrid Infrastructure (Mail, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Forms, Power Apps & Automate, Yammer etc.)· SharePoint On-premises 2016/2019· Exchange On-premises 2016· Project Server 2019· Nintex Workflows· Apache Web Server· TWiki Content Management· PowerShellRoles and Responsibilities:· Manage and monitor O365 services and On-premises infrastructures.· Experienced/knowledge in migration and integration work O365 services like Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams.· Strong understanding of OOB features in SharePoint/Exchange.· Strong understanding of Office Online Server.· Strong understanding of Hybrid Cloud Search.· Relevant experience on configuring Governance and Security in Power Platform.· Management for hybrid O365 and Microsoft Exchange 2016 On-Premises· Proactive problem resolution for EXO and Microsoft Exchange 2016 On-Premises.· Relevant experience on SPAM filtering, connectors, transport Rules, Retention and Archival Policies· Work with internal and external application team to setup SPF/DKIM/DMARC.· Troubleshoot and resolve issues with user access to cloud services.· Ensure service delivery meets the business requirements (based on defined SLAs).· Collaborate with other IT staff, including networking, security, and data center operation teams, to facilitate effective issue resolution.· Performs maintenance and support activities, routine analysis and evaluation on resource requirements necessary to maintain and/or expand service levels.· Supports investigations of problems within existing solutions utilizing ITIL V3.0 principles· Must demonstrate the capability to identify and propose innovative solutions to improve service performance· Added advantages if person have the following skillsetso Bonzai Intranet Platform.o SharePoint Online migration using Share-Gate tool.
