Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Contract Attorney with Oil & Gas experience for a fully remote temporary role. Location: Remote (Preference for Central Time Zone or Texas-based candidates). MUST be based in the United States.Employment Type: W-2 Hours: Estimated 20+ hours/weekCompensation: $55+/hour, depending on experienceBeacon Hill Legal is partnering with a global field services organization to identify a Transactional Attorney with field experience in the oil and gas industry. This is a remote contract opportunity with flexible hours and potential for increased workload based on performance and expertise.Key Responsibilities:Support and manage standardized client contractsCollaborate closely with the organization's Associate General Counsel (AGC) and legal departmentJoin calls with international entities as neededAssist with training on industry nuances within the Luminance platformIdeal Candidate:Strong background in transactional law and field services for oil and gasExcellent communicator and team collaboratorFamiliarity with the Luminance platform is a major plusComfortable working across global time zonesBased in Central Time Zone or Texas (preferred) - MUST be based in USFor immediate consideration, please submit your resume in Word format.
