ONBOARDING SPECIALIST IN EL PASO, TX

We’re looking for a bilingual team member

To help onboard and support construction workers, including:

Concrete Workers

Carpenters

General Laborers

Superintendents

What You’ll Do

Assist new hires through onboarding paperwork & orientation

Translate and communicate job site expectations

Help coordinate with hiring teams and supervisors

Maintain organized records and provide onboarding support in both English & Spanish

Ideal Candidate

Fluent in English & Spanish

Organized, reliable, and people-friendly

Experience in HR, stang, or construction onboarding is a plus!
