FL or Jacksonville, FL or Dallas, TX Duration : 12 months plus extensions Please send qualified resumes directly to : shaily(at)zilliontechnologies(dot)com // 9084874334 Basic Purpose: Coordinate, evaluate, manage and report on the internal and external audit exam requests for Real Estate Lending division of operational, and regulatory activities. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and established internal policies and procedures. Plan, coordinate, assist in performing operational, and regulatory audits in accordance with established audit standards - Moderately Complex/Varied Conduct preliminary research to document process narratives, workflows, and to identify key risks and controls - Moderate Analysis Coordinate announcement and kick-off of audit with senior management - Lead Review, maintain and document process narratives, workflows, and controls for new and existing processes - Moderate latitude Review controls and determine whether such controls are effectively designed - Moderate latitude Monitor progress of audits and report delays and issues in overall audit to management - Lead Recommend improvements to business processes - Moderate latitude Present findings to Risk and Business Unit senior management, and/or affected departments on audit results, discuss deficiencies, and recommend corrective action - Lead Partner with business areas to ensure corrective action plans are developed and implemented - Assist in lead Prepare trainings to enhance department knowledge during staff meetings - Lead Stay abreast of and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and industry laws, regulations and guidelines - Experience In Perform other duties as assigned QualificationsQualifications Working knowledge of the internal audit function and processes, preferably in a Real Estate Lending Experience in creating, generating and maintaining data, reports, queries, etc. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity Effective skill working with diverse internal and external contacts Relationship building, negotiation and facilitation skills Effective skill presenting findings, conclusions, alternatives and information clearly and concisely Experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals Effective research, analytical, and problem solving skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Effective organizational, planning and time management skills Effective database and presentation software skills Effective word processing and spreadsheet software skills Effective skill to influence, negotiate and & persuade to reach agreeable exchange & positive outcomes Significant experience working with all levels of staff, management, stakeholders, vendors Working knowledge of project/program management processes and methodologies Desired Bachelor s degree or related field, or the equivalent combination of experience, education and training Desired Experience with credit union financials and/or regulations Desired Working Knowledge of Mortgage products, services, programs, policies and procedures Thanks, Shaily Sharma Zillion Technologies Inc.
