Roles & Responsibilities:• Provides the first line of support to business Partners (i.e., companies that business has vetted for their expertise and partners with). • Address Partner inquiries around their participation in the Partner program and to troubleshoot technical issues related to the Partner Portal, an online portal where Partners log in to receive key information around the Partner program. • Work across functions to solve Partner inquiries and issues. • Identify the root cause of the problem, establish and implement a solution, identify ways to mitigate future occurrence, and communicate with Partners on issue resolution. Required Skills:• 2 years of experience in an enterprise customer support or operations function• 1 year of experience in first line/ tier 1 support• Experience with cross-functional team collaboration• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Desired Skills:• Experience with CRM• Strong ability to anticipate needs and potential problems• Problem-solving skills and excellent business acumen• Understands business email etiquette and can email concisely and effectively• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time• Strong ability to determine the appropriate time to escalate issues to leadership/management• Strong ability to decipher partner complaints and issues through written communication to determine next steps• Ability to think strategically to recommend solutions and operational improvements to prevent future partner issues and complaints Education:• Bachelor's degree
