LOB Specific Description:

Responsible for reporting, data analysis and root cause analysis for the Wholesale Flood Operations Servicing Team. Should have in-depth understanding of the business unit's operations processes and implications on other groups within the operations functions and other divisions within the company.Knowledge acquired through increasingly responsible operations analysis work. Work independently or in conjunction with other developers as the work requires. Participate fully in team planning and work with colleagues to continuously improve the team's performance.

Enterprise Role Overview:

Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions for a single site/business unit or smaller business unit(s), including research. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex products, systems and services in an operations environment. May manage projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives of an operations nature. Should function as the technical expert in their assigned area. Major accountabilities are based on individual expertise and capabilities. Should have in-depth understanding of the business unit's operations processes and implications on other groups within the operations function and other divisions within the company. Knowledge acquired through increasingly responsible operations analysis work. Clearly recognized as a content expert by peers. Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred. Individual typically has 3-5 years of experience.

Required Skills: (Must have these skills to be minimally qualified)
  • 4+ years strong developer experience
  • Skilled in SQL and Oracle Development
  • Basic Understanding of LOANIQ, CreditCenter, ACBS, Everest and Navigator
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills-including Excel and Visio

Desired Skills:
  • Preferred GCW SQL Server LOANIQ, Credit Center E2E and ACBS schema tables experience
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred
  • Tableau experience preferred
  • Experienced in collecting, organizing, and evaluating business data
  • Ability to pay attention to details
  • Ability to report research results in a comprehensive, concise manner and to develop and present precise and clear metrics
  • Skilled in coordinating and multi-tasking for various projects
  • Must have the ability to think independently, analyze situations and offer solutions
  • Must exhibit strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be task and time focused
  • Must work with purpose and speed
