Merchant Services is investing in a global leadership position in the rapidly evolving payments landscape with an aggressive transformation agenda under the program name of HELIX . This multi-year, firm-wide strategy will build customer-centric payments solutions for business clients. It's a unique opportunity to build a modern product suite on a cloud-based, big data platform at an enterprise scale. In addition, the agile operating model will co-locate product owners, designers, and engineers to rapidly bring-to-market new product features. As a result, this transformation team will leverage the power of the firm to help clients expand globally with speed, efficiency, and innovation.Job Description:Represent Merchant Services Operations in the development of Helix with a focus on Financial Reconciliation and Exception Monitoring

Research and determine cause of exceptions and/or out of balance conditions found during the Helix platform build

Interact with required business, technology, and support stakeholders to determine ideal outcomes, i.e. automated solutions where applicable, but create sustainable manual processes when necessary

Streamline processes for continued improvement and efficiency across platform and manual operations

Streamline Manual Invoice creation and process to realize revenue in Helix

Streamline Manual Billing processes in Helix

Ability to keep up to date on multiple features at a given time and drive discussions around those features with appropriate stakeholders.

Proactively identify, understand, and address impediments caused during development

Use experiences and best practices to manage, create, and lead new ways of leveraging principles and practices of agile delivery

Influence others to pursue opportunities and implement a recommended course of action

Skills & Qualifications:Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate technical topics to a non-technical audience

Strong interpersonal skills - ability to coordinate and partner with stakeholders across different levels and organizations

Drives work independently, leveraging critical strategic thinking skills and thoughtful decision making, but can also work cohesively and influence a broad range of groups and individuals

Ability to identify key issues, gather and analyze data to pinpoint root causes, and develop actionable recommendations

Ability to analyze existing processes, identify opportunities and ideate for continuous improvement

Strong organizational skills - ability to lead and prioritize multiple workstreams while proactively identifying potential roadblocks

Bachelor's degree preferred

Payment/Merchant acquiring experience a plus

Account/Financial knowledge a plus

Candidate will have broad experience from multiple disciplines, i.e. Operations, Controls, Product, etc. preferred.
