Position Summary:Responsible for assisting in the management of all aspects of COACH related performance projects.Position Key Accountabilities:

Serves as a secondary contact within COACH for consultation, planning, execution, management and reporting of continuous improvement projects that align with the organization’s performance goals that have direct impact on operations.

Assists with coordinating and performing assessments of the business via observation, data analytics, metric trends, financials, best practice measures, policies and procedures, and regulatory guidelines to identify performance improvement opportunities.

Serves as a co-project manager utilizing: proven best practice techniques and methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, execution of data manipulation and analytical analysis to support leadership’s decision-making processes.

Assists in the coordination and performance of synthesis of findings, recommendations and key messages into gold standard documentation and presentations: to assist appropriate leaders in developing and implementing solutions.

Assists in the coordination and technical evaluation, identification and definition of issues that need to be corrected or improved for compliance, efficiency, staff and patient satisfaction within the EHR and practice management systems and other software integrated systems.

Assists project manager in identifying the key stakeholders to assure readiness for efficient and effective team engagement and preparedness for the transition management process; including identification and engagement of the long-term process owner, communication with affected areas, availability of data, and representation from process owners and leadership.

Identifies the needs, coordinates and develops policies, procedures, and protocols.

Responsible for coordinating and providing in-person, electronic and video training sessions along with quick reference guides, when applicable, to employees in the areas of patient care including: Dashboard utilization, EMR and practice management data-entry best practices, data mining, process flows, and monitoring of key performance indicators.

Performs other duties as assigned.
