The AMR OPM will be accountable for schedule performance, risk and opportunity management, operational efficiencies and continuous improvement across the program. Ideal candidate should have demonstrated success in factory operations, engineering and/or supply chain with experience as a Cost Account Manager and leading in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment. Additional responsibilities will include the ability to execute plans around operational efficiency in space and capital planning to accommodate growth across APC and McKinney CMCs. The successful candidate will lead collaboratively across all of Operations and Supply Chain and key business partners in the Program Management Office, Engineering and Mission Assurance.Additional Responsibilities Include:Coordinate and present Operations deliverables in support of the Integrated Product Development System (IDPS) lifecycle to include but not limited to Critical Program Reviews, Gate Reviews, Sales and Operations Planning and Proposal Development (ie Capital, Facilities, Labor estimates and any applicable learning curves). Supports and facilitates idea generation in Operations to ensure a continuous improvement culture across above programs to align with short and long-term targets. Management of MRP in support of AOP and On Time Delivery of all contract deliverables.Required Skills:

8 combined years of work experience in a Program / Supply Chain / Operations / Finance / Engineering position

Demonstrated experience utilizing PRISM/SAP to mitigate constraints along the critical path.

Business and financial acumen, strong analytical and problem solving skills, reliability and sound judgment

Strong project management skills with capability to manage cross functional teams. Passion for personal accountability, achievement, learning and continual improvement

Proclivity towards teaming and collaborationmust be a team player with excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to articulate complex issues into succinct, cohesive summaries and presentations. Experience building Executive briefings; advanced in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

Experience using business and project management tools and procedures such as IPDS, Risk Management, Financial Forecasts

Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance within 1 year of hire date

U.S. Citizenship

Desired Skills:

Demonstrated experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and other Operational Excellence methodologies

5+ years of experience in Aerospace & Defense Industry

5+ years of cross-functional consulting, project management, and/or Liaison experience

Strong presence with Senior Executives

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to storyline and prepare executive-level discussion documents

Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to bring structure to vaguely defined problems, pragmatically scope problem solving approach, and manage execution

Strong quantitative and qualitative analytic skills

Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence different styles

Must obtain level 5 Program Management Certification within one year of start date

Required Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM related discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) and 8 years of experience or a Master’s Degree (Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or STEM related discipline) and 5 years of experience.
